Inline Preconcentration with Inline Matrix Elimination (Metrohm intelligent PreConcentration Technique with Matrix Elimination, MiPCT-ME) enables trace determination of the seven standard anions. The analysis is completed with high recovery rates on the Metrosep A Supp 16 - 250/2.0 microbore column in 33 minutes. With a preconcentration volume of 2,000 µL, the detection limits are in the lower ng/L range.
