The2060 Process Analyzer is an online wet chemistry analyzer that is suitable for countless applications. This process analyzer offers a new modularity concept consisting of a central platform, which is called a «basic cabinet».The basic cabinet consists of two parts. The upper part contains a touch screen and an industrial PC. The lower part contains the flexible wet part where the hardware for the actual analysis is housed. If the basic wet part capacity is not sufficient enough to solve an analytical challenge, then the basic cabinet can be expanded to up to four additional wet part cabinets to ensure enough space to solve even the most challenging applications. The additional cabinets can be configured in such a way that each wet part cabinet can be combined with a reagent cabinet with integrated (non-contact) level detection to increase analyzer uptime.The 2060 process analyzer offers different wet chem techniques: titration, Karl Fischer titration, photometry, direct measurement and standard additions methods.To meet all project requirements (or to meet all your needs) sample preconditioning systems can be provided to guarantee a robust analytical solution. We can provide any sample preconditioning system, such as cooling or heating, pressure reduction and degassing, filtration, and many more.

The 2060 VA Process Analyzer is an online process analyzer that implements voltammetric analyses to deliver accurate process monitoring. Thanks to its customizable wet part modules, dosing units, pumps, and level sensors can be integrated to target any challenge.The 2060 CVS Process Analyzer is an online process analyzer designed for online analysis of organic additives in electroplating baths within PCB and semiconductor industries. By using an electrode reaction that mimics the production process, it makes it possible to quantify additives in authentic conditions. With its unique and proven design from the inside out, it delivers accurate results every 10 seconds. It can provide non-destructive analysis of liquids and solids directly in the process line or in a reaction vessel by using fiber optics and contact probes. It has been designed to connect up to five (5) probes and/or flow-cells. All five channels can be configured independently from each other using our versatile embedded proprietary software.As part of the 2060 Platform, the 2060 The NIR-R Analyzer enables the unique separation of the human interface (HI) and NIR cabinet by optical fibers. This remote configuration allows the placement of both cabinets at different locations around the plant depending on customer preference and area classifications. Besides, it is available in three other versions: the 2060 The NIR Analyzer, 2060 The NIR-Ex Analyzer, and 2060 The NIR-REx Analyzer.

2060 RISE is a 785nm inline Raman spectrometer designed for rapid, non-destructive analysis of various materials, including incoming raw materials, pharmaceutical APIs, and impurities.
